Is Smart Driving Schools in the Philippines legitimate, safe and efficient?

i am planning to take driving lessons. a1 & socialite is the only registered driving school in phonebook directories and web searches. but most people suggests trying SMART DRIVING SCHOOL. but i havn't found or read any company background from them. is it safe to take lessons from them?

1. You should check with the consumers affairs department or any government agency that has the general information on all businesses and they will be able to give you the companies background and customer satisfaction rating.
