  2. It's about the Same. Went from a Volvo to an Infinity.
  3. no why. I love my 350 magnum!!
  4. nope, same car, a ford probe, i get about 36 mpg on average, i do make sure that the tires are pumped up properly and i do some of the other little hints they give for increased efficiency. I also ride the bus when i can, between the gas saved and the hassle of finding a parking space and paying for that or getting a ticket it is well worth the couple bucks for the bus. besides, when i ride the bus i can catch up on my reading, and check out the chicks legs across the aisle.
  5. Actually I tried to increase MPG with a car change but became very disappointed. I had a Lincoln Continental with 22.5 mpg and thought that a small Jeep Cherokee would do better but I only get 18 mpg because of the high torque ratio. Plus I miss the luxury and all the bells and whistles. Next for me will be a hybrid. The only sensible way to go. Gas prices are not going to get lower if we are to pay for the multi-million dollar salaries of the greedy oil company executives. They are as slimy as the oil they sell.
  6. than two years ago, went from 12 -18 mpg to about 26- 35 mpg
  7. I switched jobs and take the train now.
  8. Nope, I own the same car I had last year. And to tell the truth, gasoline mileage is the last thing on my mind when I buy a new car. My current mpg is about 29mpg highway.
