Bio-diesel. How much does it cut carbon emission?

I'm running Bio-diesel in my car. it gets 43mpg. How much does that cut my carbon footprint

1. Actually, bio-diesel is a big stamp on the planet, regardless of the output of your carbon from the car. The rush to use corn to fuel cars is resulting in deforestation in many rainforests to grow more corn and also making the cost of a staple food too high for third world countries. I think it's great that you care about this, but I advise everyone to understand the full extent of this topic.
